BAKING: Previousy, I apprenticed with Motzi Bread, one of the U.S.'s only whole grain bakeries. My personal project, Bail Fund Bake Sale, leverages delicious cottage baked goods to raise bail funds. I also sell cakes from my home, and share my process videos on TikTok and Instagram.
